What you need to remember :
- All our managers are trained in the “Who” method, allowing each candidate to have the same experience during the recruitment process
- Each interview qualifies for the next:
- First step with a phone screen with one of our recruiters: to confirm that your profile matches the position and to answer all your questions
- Second step with a face-to-face interview on our Campus with your future N+1 to review your professional career and explain the expectations we have for the position
- Third step with your potential N+2 to clarify the objectives in line with the department strategy
- Last step with your N+3 to confirm that our corporate culture fits you. For us, each interview is a real moment of sharing. We want to integrate each employee into a whole and not only on a position.
